All of the engines we sell have the same main motor mount bolt
pattern as your Honda CT70
Here are a few application parts to help the build go smoother:

Since the stock throttle will not pull enough cable we suggest:
CR TYPE UNIVERSAL THROTTLE 1/2 TURN W-70-1056
T3 THROTTLE CABLE FOR 20-28MM CARB TRC-1142
