Warranty Claims

Many of our products carry limited manufacturers warranties against defects and other issues, and are limited to a set time period. Only the manufacturer will supply this support. T Bolt USA will work with you to help resolve issues but will be held in no way liable for fulfilling these warranty or upholding their intent. 

Warranty periods start from the date your product is delivered to your address. Please try your products when you receive them. Most engines and bikes carry a maximum 1-3 month warranty. 

Under no circumstance will a support product over $50 in value be shipped out without the original product being returned first 

Please note that Racing Voids all warranties. 

What to submit with your claim

In order for us to pursue your shipping damage or warranty claim, we will require a few simple things:

• A Paragraph explaining the issue, how it happened, and including any information you think might be helpful in addressing your claim.
• Photos of the damaged item or items, and one of the whole bike. Camera phone pictures will do. The more the better!
• Your Name, or the name on the order
• Your Order Number

Once you submit these items to we will be able to pursue your claim. If you do not submit some pictures and a paragraph, we can not go after your claim. TBolt USA and the Manufacturer require these two items.
