During this time of national emergency and crisis TBolt USA will remain open and continue to fill paid internet orders that are placed on the website.

We will not be able to answer phones. 

Please allow an additional 5-7 days of processing time before your order ships due to an extremely limited staff.

Please expect a delay for most email replies.

No Visitors / Customers to the TBolt USA Office or Warehouse.

We will be working with a skeleton crew and only be able to do our primary function at this time: Shipping paid orders.

If you need to add an item to an order: Please just place another order. We are not able to make any manual adjustments to the orders. However, if we can combine orders we will refund additional shipping costs.

At this time we will be focusing on filling paid orders placed on the website.  

We will not be able to provide the level of customer service you have come to expect.  

If you place an order online it will get filled. The website will not take orders that we do not intend to fill.

Due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic we are operating on a much longer delay than we ever have.  

We have 20% of our normal amount of staff, and we need to focus 100% on filling orders placed through the website.

Please read below, and understand that most emails will not be replied to at this time as we dedicate our entire time to filling orders.

Dad and I are working every day, Sunday through Saturday, 12hr/day to fill your order. We will be working through the Easter weekend to catch back up. Your order matters to us. We have always supported the Pit Bike community and are proud to be part of it.

Dad’s normal jobs are managing the operations, buying parts, finding new parts, social media, etc, and my job is IT, web development, marketing, and management, but we are personally seeing to it that every order goes out.

Below we have put together a list of common questions and requests we get, and the best resources we can to answer those questions.   The only questions we’re really able to prioritize are order cancellations, shipping errors, and return requests. Details on how to contact us about those are at the bottom of this email.

We do not have the resources to respond or provide discounts of sponsorship requests. If you send over your YouTube channel link we may be able to reach out once things calm down and we have our staff back.

New or Pending Dealer Accounts / Manual Dealer Discounts

We do not have the resources to respond or process new dealer accounts. We also are not able to provide dealers with manual discounted at this time.

Order Status Updates / Tracking Numbers

We will not be responding to emails asking for updates about your order.


Your order status is always available at the My Account page located at https://tboltusa.com/store/account.php.  This is the most timely and accurate listing of order status, update and tracking information. Sometimes these emails may end up in your spam, but they’re always available when you log back into your account.


Rest assured, we will be filling every order we receive, however there will be a substantial delay due to the COVID-19 crisis.


Every minute we spend replying to an email asking for an order status update is another minute that your order and every other order is delayed.


Password Reset

I personally have tested the password reset function on our site numerous times after reports of customers facing issues. I have tested it with Yahoo, Gmail, and other Email Providers. Occasionally your reset email may  end up in the spam or Junk folder. Your new password / password reset should be in there. Out of Stock / Inventory Questions

We do not have the resources to respond to these types of requests at this time. If you use the “Check Stock” button we will do our best to tell you when a product is back in stock. Please do not expect a reply in a timely manner.

Add Products to an Order

We can not add products to your order. Please place a second order. If we catch it, we may combine the orders and ship together, but we make no promises.


Bike / Engine Not Running Right

Please review and go through these steps: 99% of the time an issue can be diagnosed and fixed, by a back-yard mechanic, by finding a simple issue like an air leak, or similar.
