Mikuni - 22mm Carb

This carb is great on a Honda based 108 cc build! Great throttle response and pulls strong and works great right out of the box! Way better than the in box TB 30 and 24mm carb on 88 and 108 cc kits! I would only recommend this for a 108 cc or larger engine.

Excellent Carburetor and a truly vast improvement over the Sheng Wey 20mm and 24mm carbs! I have this carb on a 1971 Honda Z50 K2 that has the TB 88 cc big bore kit and the TB 51 mm crankshaft installed on the original Honda engine along with the TB Performance exhaust. Very crisp throttle response and with the Flex jet installed which i very strongly recommend with this carburetor as it really makes adjusting the idle mixture a snap! I set it at 2 and a half turns out from closed and i did not have to touch it since. Jetting appears to be spot on right out of the box and it runs very strong! Bike was reluctant to start initially but after running it a bit, it starts hot or cold in 1 or 2 kicks but most often starts on first kick.

Bolted right up on my 2025 KLX140. The stock Keihin carb ran so poorly and had no way to adjust the needle or fuel/air screw. Now it fires right up without any hassle. I would suggest getting a thumbscrew before installing for the fuel mixture adjustment. It’s located on the bottom in a spot where you can’t access it easily.

Ordered this carb for my Ssr 125cc fit perfectly,an fixed my bogging issue an idle problem definitely worth it throttle response is on point the bike huals now didn’t have to adjust anything.

My engine runs better than ever after installing this carb!

I tried everything to get my bike to idle properly with the stock china carb and nothing worked. I had to keep the idle around 1800rpm to keep it from stalling and it would back fire a little (I have a digital rpm reader)

The first start up with the mikuni was a night and day difference. It finally idles like it should, I keep the rpm around 1300-1400 and it doesn't backfire anymore.

This proves the chinese cannot design a good carb. Upgrading the stock china carb is a must, especially if you have idle issues.

Great so far!! Just got it today, really fast delivery witch is big for me. Installed on my SSR 125 and it adds a bit more power than stock. I also like that it either full choke on or full choke off. In conclusion its not a night and day difference in performance but it is a very good carb, and I would recommend it!

I put this carb on an SSR 125 and it runs great. With the stock carb, this bike would never idle right, either too fast or too slow, and it would bog when you gave it throttle. 100% improvement with this carb. Also, very fast shipping from Tbolt.

I had a little trouble at first since I really don't have much experience with this type of stuff, but i'm learning...Since I adjusted the throttle cable it runs great without the rpm being extremely high....I just took my first cruze down the road and it runs perfect

Great carb... Huge compared to my stock 110cc china carb, bolted right on though. I could feel the huge increase in power. The only thing I was not too happy about was; There was no option to choose jet size when I bought it, so it came very rich. It also didn't come with anything to tell you how to use the choke lever. So for people who do not know: Lever up= Choke on, Lever down=Choke off. One more thing; The choke isn't a real choke, It just richens the fuel more. I like it better that way. The money is well worth it!

I put this on one of the 125cc Piranha engines and have been very satisfied. Idles properly, does not leak, and has all the desired bits. The bike runs much smoother now. Zero drama. Good carb.
