COVID-19 Coronavirus Announcement

UPDATE: JULY 4th 2020: We've toned down the warning as we begin to catch up.  We also posted a video to our YouTube channel.

Fast facts:

  • We're open, ONLINE.
  • No walk-ins. 
  • No Pick-Ups. (yet)
  • Some orders will be delayed a few days.
  • Most ordered are shipping by the next business day.
  • We're not answering emails, phones, Facebook or Instagram

During this time of national emergency and crisis TBolt USA will remain open and continue to fill paid internet orders that are placed on the website.

We will not be able to answer phones, or place calls to you.

Please allow an additional 2-3 days of processing time before your order ships due to an extremely limited staff.

We have 50% of our normal amount of staff, and we need to focus 100% on filling orders placed through the website.

We do not have the resources to respond or provide discounts of sponsorship requests. If you send over your YouTube channel link we may be able to reach out once things calm down and we have our staff back.

New or Pending Dealer Accounts / Manual Dealer Discounts

We do not have the resources to respond or process new dealer accounts. We also are not able to provide dealers with manual discounted at this time.

Order Status Updates / Tracking Numbers

We will not be responding to emails asking for updates about your order.

Your order status is always available at the My Account page located at https://tboltusa.com/store/account.php . This is the most timely and accurate listing of order status, update and tracking information. Sometimes these emails may end up in your spam, but they’re always available when you log back into your account.

Rest assured, we will be filling every order we receive, however there will be a substantial delay due to the COVID-19 crisis.

Every minute we spend replying to an email asking for an order status update is another minute that your order and every other order is delayed.

Password Reset

I personally have tested the password reset function on our site numerous times after reports of customers facing issues. I have tested it with Yahoo, Gmail, and other Email Providers. Occasionally your reset email may end up in the spam or Junk folder. Your new password / password reset should be in there. Out of Stock / Inventory Questions

We do not have the resources to respond to these types of requests at this time. If you use the “Check Stock” button we will do our best to tell you when a product is back in stock. Please do not expect a reply in a timely manner.

Add Products to an Order

We can not add products to your order. Please place a second order. If we catch it, we may combine the orders and ship together, but we make no promises.

Bike / Engine Not Running Right

Please review and go through these steps: 99% of the time an issue can be diagnosed and fixed, by a back-yard mechanic, by finding a simple issue like an air leak, or similar.
