TBParts - Mikuni VM26 Carb Kit w/ Red Billet Throttle for TT-R110

Vital Information
Price	$252.99
Part No	TBW9222
Stock Level	3 Left

TBparts carburetor kit with the Mikuni VM 26mm for the Yamaha TT-R110. This kit makes BIG power on the TT-R110 with our 130cc kit. The VM26 is 10mm larger than the stock 16mm carb so it moves a lot more air and fuel. Next our manifold is port matched for a smooth transition into the stock cylinder head. It also centers the carburetor under the frame and remains facing forward which is optimal for the best performance gains. This kit eliminates the factory “Push/Pull” throttle and cable so we include our 1/4 turn black anodized billet throttle and standard throttle cable suited for stock bars or tall bars. The included dual layer pod filter fits directly to the carburetor, the factory airbox is not reused.

Key Features:

Genuine VM26 Carburetor for big power and smooth operation
Port matched manifold with hardware, gaskets, and heat sink
1/4 Turn Billet throttle and cable for use with factory or tall bars

Kit Includes:

TBW0848 - Throttle cable
TBW0425 - Red billet throttle
TBW0316 - Intake kit
TBW0399 - Mikuni VM 26mm carburetor
TBW0477 - Foam air filter

Application:

TT-R110 - All years

Installation notes – We recommend the use of a Outerwear like this TBW1494 for extra filter protection. The throttle cable should exit the left side of the bike between the split frame (Do not route it under the frame or between the gas tank and frame)

Jetting – #20 pilot jet and #150 main jet are a good starting point. We recommend pilot jet kit TBW1355 and main jet kit TBW1353
