Note: Please make sure the oil level site glass is properly installed with good quality silicone sealant

Like hydraulic actuated clutch kits on the market today, this kit uses the stock clutch. However, the similarities between the two end there. It's much easier to install with no hassles of bleeding lines and you never have to worry about the loss of hydraulic fluid during a ride or race.

NOT for 2002 KLX110

Billet Case Cover Red or Black:

• Very nice anodized CNC machined billet aluminum cover for the manual clutch kit case. 
  
• Will NOT fit stock KLX110 clutch cover
  

Primary Gear:

• Same gear cut as stock for silent operation
  
• Eliminates the front centrifugal clutch & reduces crank weight 
  
• This product is to be used  in conjunction with manual and/or hydro clutch conversion kit only.
  
• When the primary gear is used on a KLX 110, it makes the bike fully manual and eliminates the centrifugal clutch resulting in an 8 lb. weight reduction off of the crankshaft.
