This kit was installed on a 2011 can-am ds90. The only part that actually bolted up was the head plate. The mounting bracket for the cooler could not be used because it hit the frame in every way. I opted to move the cooler to the front of the machine, behind the metal bumper and plastic grille and made a bracket to mount it up to existing bolts in the frame. I also opted to mount the cooler with the hoses facing upward so it doesn't drain back when not running. The hoses provided were too short for this application so more was needed and better clamps were used as well. With the engine running, there was no leaks and the kit seems to work better than expected. The cooler proves to work well with limited airflow, i.e slow speeds, as can be felt on the inlet and outlet hoses.
NOTE:
This Kit is designed for Honda 50/70 & Pitbikes
