This 4 valve, 62mm bore x 62mm stroke engine is the newest edition directly from Daytona Motor Co. The new FLX-190 comes stock with an updated close ratio transmission, an auto-decompression camshaft, and reinforced crankcases. The FLX motor is manufactured and assembled as a 190 at the Daytona factory.

(1) Intake manifold
(1) Wire harness
(1) CDI: (4 selectable timing settings & 3 selectable Rev Limiter setting)
(1) Ignition coil
(1) Intake manifold carb boot

IMPORTANT ENGINE STARTING INFORMATION

You may want to consider setting up the bike on a stand for a solid starting location at first until your confident
Turn on Both Fuel and Choke
DO NOT open the throttle (do NOT turn the throttle)
Move the starter down until it gets stiffer, your looking for top dead center
Let the starter come back up and give a full strong swift kick ALL the way thru
REPEAT (If necessary)
DO NOT KICK RAPIDLY
When warm just do not use the choke

Flooded Engine:
IF your flooded , pull the plug, kick it over about 10 times WITH THE PLUG OUT
Put in a NEW PLUG

One more thing:
At times it helps to just crack the throttle a tiny bit to let air in.
