Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

 All products returned to T Bolt USA must be reviewed and approved. Please submit a support ticket if you need to return anything. We must receive a valid tracking number for all returned goods. Store credit will be available once the item is received and deemed able to be sold as new. Your refund will not include the amount we paid to ship you your products, even if we did not charge you shipping. The invoice from our payment to the shipping company is on file and available upon request. Your refund will not include the fees we paid to process your credit card or collect your PayPal payment. PayPal no longer refunds us those fees, and we can not pass them back to you.  We can issue cash refund only if approved by the management. Return freight is the buyer's responsibility.

You ship the product(s) back, along with
your Name and Order #.  You pay freight.

 

We recieve and review the product

 

If it's in resellable condition,
We refund your card/paypal/store credit.

 

Exchanges

TBolt USA, LLC does not offer any exchanges.

If you purchased a product, but would like a different item you may either purchase a new item, and initiate a return on the first product(s), and purchase the other products.

Get your different product

 

Get a refund/credit on your first product, once we recieve and review it.

Please Note

There will be absolutely no refunds unless we receive the returned product(s). 

Under NO circumstances will we ship product un-paid ever.

30 days MAXIMUM Time frame on returns.  ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS.  Please inspect and install your products when you recieve them.  This 30 day time frame starts 5 days after we ship the products to you.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on custom items.  This includes custom engines builds, like the Works Engines.

 

TBolt USA Shipping Errors

 In the event that we make a mistake or send you the wrong product, we require customers to return incorrect products in a timely manner.  We will pay the return freight and provide pre-paid UPS, FedEx, or USPS labels via emailed Adobe PDF or Fax.

If you have recieved incorrect parts that cost more than $50, we will wait to reship your order until the products have already hit the Mail/Shipping system, and are with the carrier on their way back to our warehouse.  

TBolt USA, LLC may accept a Good Faith deposit and re-ship immediately only with manager review and approval.
