TB Fork Assembly Set – All CRF110
TBparts Fork Assembly Set for the CRF110. Our replacement fork set is a bargain considering OEM replacements are over $660 for a set! They also feature a few key upgrades over the factory forks making them better suited for your MX mini! Starting out are the looks, ours come gloss black and have our TB logo cast into them. Next, adding to the adjustability and performance is the length. They are +40mm, over 1.5″ longer. The dampening rod has also increased in length so the travel can match at +40mm over 1.5″.
Inside the fork they feature HD springs weighted much better for adults who jump at their local Pitbike track. The dampening rods are also ported to match those HD springs so the dampening and rebound is not too fast and bouncy.

DNM Rear Shock, 250LB – CRF110
Improve your ride and handling with these high quality shocks. DNM has been an integrated part of the suspension industry for more than 40 years. Their goal has always been to supply OEM and the aftermarket with high performance suspension technology at an affordable price. This rear shock is from their MK-AR series and consists of the following features:

- Unlike other similar DNM shocks for the CRF110, these were made to our specification so you don’t have to grind/modify your frame for them to fit the 2019 and up models. Simply bolt on and go!
- Preload and Rebound Adjustments
- 250lb Spring rate great for adults over 165lbs
- Nitrogen Charged Oil Damping
- Hard chromed steel 14mm damper shaft
- High quality surface finish
- 290mm and is for all year models of the CRF110
Installations Notes:
- Fork set comes with 15wt fork oil, if desired you can drain and refill with 4.5-5oz of your choice of fork oil

Application:
Fork emulators for OEM CRF110 forks do not fit TB forks
(They also reduce travel, require tuning, and add unnecessary cost)
Disclaimer:
These forks have undergone extensive racing and jumping testing. They are designed similarly to OEM hydraulic telescopic forks with the upgrades listed above. Like OEM forks, they can still bend if over-jumped or flat-landed.
For best performance and long service life:
- Avoid flat landing jumps
- Do not jump ramps larger than what factory-style forks are designed to withstand
