Unleash the performance of your Honda CRF110F with our new CNC 27-22 intake manifold and upgraded 27mm throttle body kit! The stock intake system is extremely limited tapering as small as 13mm in the manifold. With the larger 27mm throttle body kit, you can expect up to TWICE the horsepower at redline over the stock configuration (Generally we see a stock CRF110 make peak power 5.5hp @7800rpm and 3.7hp at 9800rpm redline). This is the ultimate starting point for the CRF110F pairing great with both stock bore, and big bore kits.

CJR billet intake manifold for EFI CRF110, part number CJR-1453, has OEM sensor/injector location for a direct OEM swap
No additional parts needed. This intake manifold eliminates the need for additional parts that were needed on the old cast manifold set ups
Fast idle valve not used with the 27mm throttle body. This is the sensor located on the left side mounted with 2 bolts.
