This TBparts.com intake manifold kit is designed for use with Nibbi flange-mount 17–22mm carburetors on the stock Honda TRX90 cylinder head. The manifold features proper port matching for Nibbi 17–19mm carburetors to ensure smooth airflow transition into the TRX90 head. It is fully CNC-machined from billet aluminum and hard-anodized red for a race-inspired Honda look. This is a replacement part for our TRX90 Nibbi carburetor kits.

Must be used with the correct throttle cable and proper air filter/tube
Larger aftermarket carburetors do not include a dual-feed petcock
You may cap off one of the two fuel lines and run a single feed
Or install an aftermarket dual-feed petcock
