I installed this kit with the full manual primary gear and it delivered all the power I needed. What a difference it makes over stock. I wasn't sure if I would like it or not do to some videos I had seen but I put it on and I only had one problem out of this kit. My shift linkage would get stuck in a upward or down ward position and I had to move it back into place every time for the first 4 rides. Now everything is working just as it should and everything lined up and bolted on. I would recommend getting a clutch kit if you are planing on building your engine. I can pop wheelies all day long. lol
My Bike: 2003 DR-Z 110 with VM26 carb, ported stock exhaust, 55mm crank, 143 big bore kit, a 3" extended swing arm, 730mm front forks, 17" / 14" front/rear wheels with disk brake conversion.

Wow!! This is exactly what this little bike needed, and it is easy to install! I can't see any reason to bypass the automatic clutch either. It works like a charm. Thanks guys!!!

Just installed the clutch kit on my 2009 KLX 110. The kit itself is easy to install, the directions in "Tech Data" tell you exactly what to do. It says to actaully remove both clutches from the bike but all you really have to do it take the shoe from the primary clutch. The bike now has more power than before and really hooks out of the turns. From just buying the bike and finding this site I've spent alot of money here and haven't been disapointed yet. I reccomend one of the billet clutch covers to give it some extra pop in the cosmetics. LOVE THE PRODUCT, FIVE STARS!!

An absolute upgrade! I Love my 110 more then ever now. I also bought the tb primary gear. Sounds like I have supercharged bike at idle. I can pull wheelies very easy now and rail the inside corners. Ditch your auto clutch and get a manual clutch kit...

Very smooth pull on the lever, extremely simple install with the proper instructions. Makes the bike hook-up much quicker in 2nd gear when riding, really helps those revvs climb in gear! Great looking cover too, highly recommend it for any guy looking to teach his kids manual clutch or a guy looking for some manual clutch fun!

Want to start teaching your child to ride with a clutch but don't want to buy a new bike. This kit works excellent for the klx110's. my son uses this exact kit on his 195cc race bike.If you lubricate the cable every time you ride it makes close to the more expensive hydralic clutch kits.
