TBParts - DRZ110 KLX110 55mm Stroker Crankshaft Kit for 03 - Present models

What can I say, This is my second review on this and here are my final thoughts, I paired this kit with a YX 160 jug and a 60mm piston on a 2003 DR-Z 110 with a 3 inch extended swing arm, inverted forks, 17/14 inch front/rear wheel with disk brake conversion, Mod stock exhaust, VM26mm Molkt carburetor with a 17.5 pilot/ 22 main jet with stock head and valve train. I was having issues getting it started for a while but once I got the carburetor tuned it runs Awesome!!! I took it out for a ride today and did not expect so much power to come from this mod. I started going and I tapped the gas and she come straight up and took off on me. I am okay for now but do be safe if you add this kit.(NO Playing Around. lol) You should give yourself time to get use to the upgrade. It is just all out a great kit.

I installed this on a stock DR-Z 110 engine and this is my review.

Pros: Awesome up grade, look good and made from high quality materials. works with a stock piston and head. adds more power with the longer stroke.

Cons:
It will not work with a stock jug do to the length of the cylinder. I had to remove about 3/16" from the bottom of my jug and redo the angle for a stock out come.

I would recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their older DR-Z/KLX-110 to a newer style crank and came gear.

We put this in with theTBW 9036 bore kit and the V1 race head and oh my gosh what a power house., This combination took it from a 143 to a 195.Doesn"t sound like much, but what a machine.We race this combo against the 200 and up motors with ease.
