This gives you the base to stiffen up your suspension and push it harder and farther! Next is the adjustability to the compression and rebound. This works much better than the OEM shock and allows you to dial the shock in to your exact preferences and needs with just a few clicks. The stroke of this shock is also longer (At least 14mm from what we measured) giving you more travel at the rear wheel! Once install your KLX140 will be much better suited for MX applications. This will work with all models, but we recommend you at least have HD fork springs if you use this rear shock (Front fork Springs are very soft).
